AMFANIN SHAN RUWA A JIKIN MU


*Muhimmancin Shan Ruwa a Jikin Dan Adam*


Ruwa na da matuƙar muhimmanci ga lafiyar dan adam. Jikin mutum na ƙunshe da fiye da kashi 60% na ruwa, kuma yana taka muhimmiyar rawa a cikin ayyukan yau da kullum na jiki. Ga wasu daga cikin amfanin shan ruwa:


✅ 1. Tsaftace jiki daga gubobi  

Shan ruwa mai yawa yana taimakawa wajen fitar da gubobi daga jiki ta hanyar fitsari da zufa.


✅ 2. Inganta narkewar abinci  

Ruwa yana taimakawa hanji da ciki wajen narkar da abinci cikin sauƙi, yana kuma hana kumburi ko matsalar ƙashi.


✅ 3. Kariyar fata da haskenta  

Yawan shan ruwa yana taimakawa fata ta kasance mai laushi, lafiya, da ƙyalli, kuma yana hana bushewar fata.


✅ 4. Hana gajiya da ciwon kai  

Rashin ruwa na jiki yana iya haddasa gajiya da ciwon kai. Shan ruwa yana taimaka wa kwakwalwa da jiki su zauna cikin ƙarfi.


✅ 5. Inganta lafiyar nono ga mata masu shayarwa  

Mata masu shayarwa na bukatar ruwa da yawa domin ƙara yawan nono da kare su daga gajiya.


✅ 6. Rage nauyin jiki  

Ruwa na taimakawa wajen cike ciki, yana hana yawan ci, kuma yana ƙara narkar da mai a jiki.

*Yadda Ake Shan Ruwa Lafiya:*

- A sha aƙalla *kofuna 8 zuwa 10 a rana*

- A fara shan ruwa da safe kafin a ci komai

 - A guji shan ruwa mai yawan sanyi da dare sosai.


*Kammalawa:*  

Shan ruwa ba kawai yana kawar da ƙishirwa ba ne, yana kuma ƙarfafa jiki gaba ɗaya. Ki ƙara yawan shan ruwa yau domin lafiyar ki da ƙarfinki!
